We Are For The Community. Self Care Sundays is a non-profit event focused on mental health and spreading smiles throughout the community. We believe that taking care of yourself is the best way to take care of others. Our event offers a variety of workshops and workouts such as yoga, pilates, zumba, and meditation to help you relax and recharge.
